Guest journey from Marriott to Sonder

Sonder announced a 20-year partnership with Marriott Bonvoy, and I led this project in collaboration with Marriott's digital team. Together, we integrated the Sonder booking experience into the Marriott ecosystem, ensuring a seamless journey for Marriott guests. This included enabling guests to complete Sonder's unique verification process, allowing them to go directly to their room on the day of arrival.
