Since 2023, I’ve led a core domain at Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy, shaping hotel operations in 40 cities and managing senior designers and tools.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, outdoor adventures, going to the gym, and dancing. I’m a lifelong learner, mentally and physically.

What I admire is Elaine's rigor and can-do attitude. I recall during her interview, I told the recruiter, 'I don't think I've ever met someone who seems so excited to work at Sonder!' And Elaine has continued to carry that energy into her work. She takes on any project or challenge with the same high energy and rigor.
I also appreciate that Elaine knows the details of her domain inside and out, which is hugely helpful to prestay. I KNOW it has made the experience better for our guests, which she should feel proud of.
